I hope you had a Merry
First off, I have been travelling and will travel more, so I could not spend a lot, so I decided to treat my friends with something that they would enjoy. In the past, I have received and given gifts without any thoughts, just for the sake of it and I found it very tiring, useless and a real waste. I have once received a pair of used underwear (I AM NOT JOKING) with just a made up tag. This shows that when people say “it’s not about the gifts..” it truly is.
Anyway, I decided to make some Raw Balls, with flavours that I have never done before, and after a quick 5 mins browse on good ol’ Pinterest, I had it, I decided I would make 3 kinds, all completely different one from each other.
and here they are!
– Chocolate & Blueberry
– Gingerbread Man
– Mint & Spirulina
I have not measured the ingredients very well, as I don’t really do that much, I sort of know how much to put of each ingredient and how to fix it if I stuff it up..However, I will list all the ingredients for each ball so you can try and make them as well 🙂

Result? a Success. Everyone loved them. I had different opinions on which was the best, but to me, these little ones meant a lot.
See, this year I didn’t buy much, and I never had so little “material” things in my life. However, this year has been the best, in its full simplicity. With so much to look forward to, I put all my effort into making sure I made the best Raw Balls I have ever made, and really wanted to impress my friends 🙂
This Christmas, I made lots of food for lots of people and I have never been happier to make people happy with my recipes, that I somehow whip up in few minutes just by quickly googling ideas online.
The best thing then was receiving texts from my friends telling me about how much they loved my treats and which ones they liked the most and look at my friends’ faces and see the expression on their faces, just fueled my passion for yummo nutritious food even more.
So, give these raw balls a try and please let me know your favourite ones 🙂
Happy New Year x
