No idea what to have for brekkie?
Let me tell you, Breakfast is A-NY-THING!
Breakfast does NOT mean sweet or the SAME boring thing every day!
Brekkie means Break the night fast, that’s it!
So you can have literally WHATEVER you want! I LOOOOVE to have Anything for brekkie!
Leftovers, Meat, Eggs, Cereals, Fats, Protein Bars even fish!
Whatever you feel like 🙂
and I love rice or corn cakes (make sure they are organic!) because you can throw on anything you like and it’s still gonna be an epic easy brekkie!

Here’s my Green stash for the Green start!
I have rice and sesame seed cakes with:
– Kale
– Tomatoes
– Avocado with a touch of Tamari -> gotta have those fats
– Radishes (they have amazing anti-cancer effects! I try to buy them organic all the time, the spicier the healthier!)
– Cucumbers -> stimulate collagen production and they are super hydrating
– Pepitas -> I put them anywhere, just for extra protein zinc and magnesium
Stash ’em up and enjoy!
Oh and make sure you splash them with my beloved Olive oil! Salt and pepper to taste 😉
